I don’t usually write reviews, especially when there is nothing concerning to warn others about a property. We have rented this house from wonderful, thoughtful hosts, Torsten and Astrid, for several years during the month of February. The house is well maintained, always spotless when we arrive, well stocked with all we need in the kitchen as well as bedding and towels. There are choices of several beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as pool noodles and floating devices. The neighborhood is quiet and we respect the neighbors around us. We enjoy hearing the birds and other wildlife as we sit and enjoy the pool. We give a full recommendation to this property. You you enjoy this home as well as the many offers of great restaurants and shopping in the Venice area for the entire time of your visit. Consider this property for your next vacation.

Wonderful stay at Villa Lemon Tree
After deciding on the Venice area, we researched several homes on VRBO and chose Villa Lemon Tree (villalemontree.com) based on the pictures, reviews, and location. All were spot on. The photos are accurate, however the home is even better than the photos! It is immaculate, very nicely decorated, spacious, uncluttered, and well stocked. It is quiet and private. It is obvious that the owners take great pride and care of their property and make it a home away from home for their guests. Communication was smooth and easy. Torsten even provided a spreadsheet of restaurants and activities via email prior to our visit. There were no surprises, except for good ones like a very comfortable bed, plenty of propane for the grill, lots of dishes, cookware, wine glasses, coffee filters, beach chairs, towels, coolers and much more than can be listed. The pool is clean and well maintained – and got lots of use! Highly recommend!

Diesmal keine echte Neuerung, aber ein kleiner Hinweis. Wir haben 2 Kaffeemaschinen und die wollte ich mal zeigen. Falls Ihr die Nespresso nutzen wollt, würde ich Euch empfehlen, die Kapseln aus Deutschland mit zu nehmen, da diese in USA sehr teuer sind.
This is nothing new but I wanted to show our 2 Coffeemakers. A regular one and a Nespresso Espresso and Lungo Machine. If you want to use the Nespresso I would suggest to organize the capsules in advance as they are not easy to get in every shop.

Und weiter geht es. Wir haben eine neue Spülmaschine. Die Alte hat leider immer mehr kleinere Problemchen gezeigt und das wollten wir unseren Gästen nicht mehr zumuten. Wir haben eine Bosch Maschine gekauft, die nicht nur besser aussieht sondern auch noch seeeehr viel leiser ist.
Next new thing: Wir bought a new dishwasher. The old one did show more and more small annoying things and we did not want our guests to be bothered by this. So we bought a Bosch Dishwasher that not only looks much better but is way quiter than the old one.

Es ist leider schon überfällig, Euch die Neuigkeiten vom Haus nach unserem letzten Besuch zu erzählen. Irgendwie gibt es ja immer wieder was Neues. Diesmal haben wir in eine Security Truppe investiert. 3 kräftige Kerle bewachen jetzt das Haus...
It is a bit late to tell you about all the new things at the house after our last visit. But as you know there is always something. This time we hired 3 bulky security guards to take care of the house...
