Zupaysaurus surveying its territory

Silesaurid manus and pes tracks, known by the ichnogenus name Atreipus, from the Chinle Formation near Moab, Utah. This track type is rather rare in the Chinle compared to the theropod tracks such as Grallator.

The Utah Field House Paleo Lecture Series continues with: "What We Don't Know About Dinosaurs" by Dr. David Hone

Join us at the Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum on Thursday, May 18th, 2023 at 5:30 PM for a book signing with Dr. Hone followed by his talk at 6:00 PM!

Dr. Dave Hone is British paleontologist and a Reader in Zoology at Queen Mary University of London in the UK. He specializes in the ecology and behavior of dinosaurs, especially the large carnivorous theropods, but has also worked extensively on the flying pterosaurs that lived alongside the dinosaurs. He has worked in Ireland, Germany, and China before taking his current position in London. He has published nearly 100 scientific papers and helped name more than a dozen new dinosaur species in his career.
