Counting down the days until I get to visit Arizona again for my favorite foods and people. 83 days to be exact!!! 💕 Topo and Joe's BBQ in Gilbert, AZ are both a must try if you're visiting the Phoenix area. Topo serves burritos made with the BBQ from Joe's next door, but also prickly pear cactus ice cream (tastes a bit like raspberry). My favorite meal at Joe's is the loaded baked potato...it's pillowy perfection.

We're going on another Disney Cruise! I'm too excited...we'll be sailing on the brand new Disney Destiny in September 2026 for a 5 night Western Caribbean itinerary.

🎭The ship has a Heroes vs. Villians theme throughout, and we are SO HYPED for the Hercules and Frozen theater shows!

🏊‍♀️We may or may not try out snorkeling again at Castaway Cay, but I also want to do the Castaway 5k loop and collect my free medal.

They'll be enjoying a short stay at All Star Music with 2 park days in their favorite parks after they complete their race. 🥰🥳 This is a bucket list item for them, and I'm so excited to hear all about their experience and be a part of their magic!

Exciting news today from Disney Cruise Line! They have announced the booking dates for Summer 2026 itineraries. The best time to book is right when the bookings become available, that way you can guarantee best room availability and prices. Here are the booking windows:

It's not too late to plan a great Spring Break trip! This week I'm going to share a few ideas for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, but any of these trips can be customized to your needs.

First up, a trip to Disney World! For a 5 night stay at a value hotel on property, plus 3 days of park tickets to visit one park per day, this trip would start around $3,045. You can book the trip with a $200 deposit, and then the full balance would be due 30 days before the trip.

Here's a few reasons why the value hotels are a great choice:
