We have had such beautiful weather the last couple weeks for our Thursday walks at Greg Park!
Plan is to walk tomorrow at 4pm, weather permitting! There is a chance of rain so check back here for updates!

The weather will be changing soon, and the sun will be setting sooner. Let’s get our afternoon walks in while we can!! 🍃 🍁 🍂 👟

We are set up at the BestWay shop from 11-1pm today!! We have the inbody, can check your blood pressure, and offer you a flu shot! Homemade granola and protein balls as well!

Some of the team from Tommy Wolfe Wellness Center will be on site at the shop today 11-1 to help us celebrate National Truck Driver Appreciation Week. They will have healthy snacks, the inbody, blood pressure checks, flu shots, a Ninja Air Fryer giveaway, and are available to chat about what they can do for you!

Happy Truck Driver Appreciation Week!

Delaney and Abbey will be out tomorrow 9/17 for lunch and Wednesday 9/18 for breakfast and lunch! We will be offering the inbody scale, blood pressure checks and flu shots!

We will have some homemade healthy snacks you can take on the road, and a giveaway for a Ninja Air Fryer!
