Our fair Resort City of Virginia Beach saw some unprecedented snow over the past few days with some areas seeing as much as 13 inches! It may not seem like a lot, but for us, it’s monumental! Some locals busted out their skis, but most kept to their roots and whipped out the boogie and surf boards and let instinct take over!
