We're finishing up spring maintenance. Lots of improvements including all new mattresses on the 3rd floor, two new Speed Queen dryers, and a new Whirlpool refrigerator (no freezer) at the wet bar. Here's a cool picture from earlier in the week.

We have a lot of exciting upgrades for this season. Our indoor game room now has a 9' regulation shuffleboard table! The three living room couches have had the suspension rebuilt and we have added granite countertops for the pool bar!!! A long list of other maintenance items has been completed, such as staining the decks, and we are now ready for the season. The pool officially opens early on April 29th.

Woo hoo, we have a new kitchen sink! Right side faucet is for filtered water that also feeds the ice maker.

We're switching from twin propane tanks to a 120 gallon tank. The new tank from Amazon was delivered yesterday and painted for corrosion protection today. Ferrellgas will fill it in a couple weeks.
