This Oceanfront beauty is the key to your relaxing beach vacation. Rest Ashore has been specifically designed with your comfort in mind.

Rest ashore, this is not your typical oceanfront rental; it is an experience! In appreciation of your stay, on the first night, you and your guests will unwind from the journey and relax as you are served cocktails and complimentary Champagne with light hors-d'oeuvres on the rooftop deck, and watch as the sunsets across the peaceful shoreline of the Atlantic and Back Bay with 360-degree views of Sandbridge.

This luxury vacation home will ease your spirit with soothing colors, and comfortable furnishings. Living areas on each floor offer space for the family to spread out. The elevator makes moving in and out, as well as bringing in groceries, almost effortless.

The first floor features a Media Room with a large screen Smart TV and blu-ray player for movie watching and a fun Recreation Room with Smart TV, pool table, foosball table, and ping pong that the kids will love. The nearby Morning Kitchen with mini-fridge, icemaker, microwave, and sink is convenient to the three bedrooms with private baths: a powder room and laundry room round out this floor.

The second floor features windows galore and ocean views at every turn from the large Gathering Room with Smart TV and gas logs fireplace (available October – April) to the Dining Area with seating for the whole family. The sparkling kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two oven ranges and a large pantry. There’s also a King bedroom with private bath and a powder room. Sliding doors lead out to the deck and its oceanside gazebo – perfectly positioned for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.

The third floor features a smaller Gathering Room with Smart TV and blu-ray player, and a second Morning Kitchen with mini-fridge, icemaker, microwave, and sink. Three King oceanfront suites (with deck access) and two additional King suites complete the sleeping arrangements along with the conveniently located laundry room on this floor.

Outside, the luxury continues with your private swimming pool and hot tub. Lounge on the poolside deck or let the soothing bubbles chase your cares away. Ahh…relaxation at its best! There’s also a poolside cabana with bar area for enjoying your favorite libations and gas grills nearby to cook your family meals. The kids can also enjoy playing horseshoes or basketball from the pool.

For the environmentally conscious guest, this home provides a Tesla compatible, 240 Volt charging outlet for your electric car. Charging installation for Electric Vehicles is a 240 volt NEMA 14 - 50 outlet. Installed with a 50-amp circuit breaker, this outlet enables a recharge rate of about 25 miles per hour.
