Hey Friends! We’re super excited about this project we’re working on here in the Baylor Bubble. This is side A of a duplex my parents bought and are fixing up to be a vacation rental. Kailey is consulting with the renovation and she is going to be doing the interior design. Miller will be doing all the management, marketing, and logistics. This is a great footprint and I think a lot of guests are going to love this space. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath with large bedrooms and it’s super close to Baylor and Magnolia. #vacationtime #bnb #wacotx #waco #Baylor
