Looking Back | 2017 Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. Backpacking the CDT Loop Trail. This is the trip that motivated me to quit smoking in order to prepare for the elevation. I put those nasty things down on 12/13/2016 and never looked back. That was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I had smoked for over 20 years and once I decided to actually make the change, it wasn't hard. Craig quit dipping Copenhagen 2 weeks later and he never looked back either. I did gain weight that I am still working to take back off, but it's still so very worth it. Commit to something and make it happen. Anything is possible!!
