Join us at this incredible event on Maui! This will be the first time we are having our annual Escoffier Dinner on Maui and we want to invite non members to join us! Let’s make this a lovely evening and support our Maui business and community! We are reaching out across all chapters to invite all our Dames to join us for a weekend full of curated experiences exclusively for our members and a chance to visit and engage with local small businesses and farms. Including an incredible luxury all inclusive boat tour on the beautiful who’s crew were instrumental in helping to run the emergency food and supplies hub where invited to come help serve thousands of meals to Maui fire victims and first responders. Super fun working on great blend of creativity and mixing something I do all the time with something new! Got my girl .na out of the restaurant and on set!! Unfortunately all this deliciousness will end up in the trash after sitting out for several hours. No worries I stashed some poke in the fridge for the boys!

Wow! Came home and found this beautiful letter in my mailbox. It has been such an honor to be able to do these events over the last 2 years. The Smiths are great people and it has truly been a pleasure to work with them. Had to post this since I think it’s the best thank you/ review I’ve ever received! This one is getting framed for sure. These are the faces of the people doing what they can, when they can with what they have. Somehow we’ve managed to make a lot happen with little. Gang of pirates coming together for the common good. All donations, no government grants or funds or red tape or bells and whistles, no tv endorsements or major corporate support. Just a bunch of Hammahs doing whatever they can for the survival of all of Maui. So many of these people have lost so much but just want to give all they have. The island has been gutted. It’s people crushed. So many of our volunteers have lost everything. They desperately want to serve their community refind a sense of normalcy and humanity.
We should change the way we “help” people we need to give people dignity after such a loss. To the outside world this may look like a small town burning but it was anything but. These people need a sense of purpose and belonging, community and love.
