Whale watching on Maui🤙🤙🤙
The crystal blue water, endemic marine lifel and rarely-visited reefs make snorkeling Lanai a unique and very special experience.
Who wants to snorkel with dolphins? 🙋♂️🙋♀️
Floyd and the Puffer
This porcupinefish is just one of many fishes you may encounter in Hawaiian waters.
Today's calming background music is by Kevin MacLeod. :)
Coral Curiosity
You never know who you might meet in the coral reef!
Today's music was crafted by Doug Maxwell and Zac Zinger.
Beautiful Sea Turtle Swimming
This honu swam closer to us, while we held still in the water. The best way to see a magnificent animal like the sea turtle is on her own terms. Respect rocks! (In case youd like to know, we can tell this individual is female because her tail doesn't extend past her shell.)
Today's soothing music is by Audionautix. You can hear more at http://audionautix.com/.
Five Seconds of Underwater Bliss
We swam by to say hi to these yellow tang and damselfishes, just chilling in their usual spot on the reef. When is your next visit?
Today's music is by Jingle Punks. :D
Outrigger Paddling Team
You may see some outrigger canoe paddlers - like this incredible team! - as you make your way to Lanai on Quicksilver. And watch for the sea turtle coming up for air. :)
Today's music is "Firesong" by Kevin MacLeod. Find his work at www.incompetech.com.
Fish School Flying Away
Watch this school of manini feed, and then seem to fly away underwater! Manini is the Hawaiian name for convict tang, one of many reef fish living in the Islands.
Today's rockin' tune is by Josh Kirsch/Media Right Productions. Feel free to dance!
Reef Fishes off Lanai
Take a moment or two to travel to the underwater world of Lanai. These are some of the fishes you'll see when you come along with us on the Quicksilver Lanai Snorkel Adventure and Dolphin Encounter! The lovely music is by Kevin MacLeod.
Honu Moments
It's wonderful to share the ocean with splendid creatures like the Hawaiian green sea turtle. Please respect the honu when you see them - give them space to swim and rest. (15 - 30 feet is good.)
Today's slack key guitar song - Green Flash - is by George Kahumoku. Find more music, and learn where to see George live at www.kahumoku.com & www.SlackKeyShow.com. He plays in the Islands and throughout the world.
