Moku Pops is a locally owned and operated popsicle manufacturer in Kamuela, HI. The business was started in February 2016 by Mike and Ignacio (two entrepreneurs taking a break to be stay at home dads) to provide delicious, all natural popsicles for friends and family. Our company was inspired a popsicle and coffee shop which was a daily stop for Mike’s family during a visit to Mississippi. Souther

Moku Pops became “official” at their kids’ 8th grade graduation when the two dads brought a chest freezer full of their popsicles to give out after the ceremony. The popsicles were so well received that the dads made the decision to see how far they could take the business. Our simple philosophy and goals to make the best-tasting popsicles with the best ingredients. “Discover Flavor,” our bold, pure flavors speak for themselves and are simply named. “All Natural, All Good,” we use as many locally-sourced and organic ingredients as possible, and never preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. We do this because it’s what we make for our own kids, and it just makes sense to us. Moku Pops is a family business started with the help of our ohana and friends. Many friends helped us get us off the ground, Allyson and Oriol helped develop our logo. Tropical Dreams offered collaboration and provided commercial kitchen space. Brian, Josh, and Maya offered up their local fruits and veggies. And of course our spouses and kids, and all the enthusiastic tasters in Kamuela who gave us feedback!
