Ataraxis is a Greek term meaning the absence of stress or anxiety. Tara uses her knowledge and acumen to help clients plan memorable, affordable and stress-free trips and vacat

From cruises, to all-inclusive resorts, amusement parks, destination weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, guided tours and international travel, Tara can plan trips of all types to any destination. She begins by asking her clients for their ‘must haves’ and other travel preferences. She then customizes the trip based on her clients’ answers. Or if they don’t know, she offers many ideas and options. She has sailed to more than 30 different cruise locations, visited more than 30 states and experienced Disney theme parks more than 25 times. Tara’s initial trip planning experience began when she booked budget-friendly getaways while a stay-at-home mom with only her husband’s income. Soon family and friends were asking for travel assistance, so she started Ataraxis Travel in 2018.She is a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors, which is the leading global advocate for travel advisors, the travel industry and the traveling public, and Women in Networking Wake Forest, a professional networking group for women. What can I say, today was one of those “what happens on the cruise, stays on the cruise” kind of days and it’s been nothing short of epic! We have laughed until we fell down, sang, danced, relaxed and explored! We got lost in the moment and took very few pictures, but I can share the food for dinner was excellent!

Next year we will be hosting a group for a 8 night sailing on the new Brilliant Lady, more information to come! Including group pricing! If you are interested let me know, it’s going to be an epic good time!
