I am Melinda, your travel professional. I love to travel and started my journey/profession as a travel agent at first to receive the best deals.
I fell in love with travel because seeing photos in books and brochures wasn't good enough for me.
To be there, that was everything and I wanted friends and family to experience it too.
And so my journey/adventure began as a travel agent.
“The biggest adventure you can ever take is to Live the Life of your dreams.” Oprah Winfrey
2020 has been a test for everyone and slowly, but surely, we will rise to better days for travel and exploring new destinations. COVID-19 has opened our eyes to never take anyone or anything for granted. I will help you rediscover the beauty that this world has to offer.
We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm, and adventure. There is no end to the adventures we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.
Travel creates precious memories to last a lifetime!
Allow me to take your mind to beautiful Cancun, Mexico.
Cancun, Mexico has held perennial appeal for travelers seeking sun and sand. The region’s natural beauty coupled with its well-developed hospitality infrastructure (which includes an international airport; a variety of hotels, resorts and rental accommodations; and restaurants and tourist attractions) have transformed the city into one of the most popular vacation destinations in North America.
As one of the most popular tourist destinations in Mexico, Cancun attracts millions of visitors each year to its pristine white beaches, its top-notch resort and hotel scene and its crystal blue water. The city is home to hundreds of hotels that line the beaches in an area called the hotel zone, attracting all types of guests, from traveling business people to timeshare owners to families. Cancun is the ideal place to visit for first time travelers to Mexico.
The city is probably most famous for its Mayan ruins, which dot the landscape around this southern region of Mexico. From El Rey to Tulum, the ancient stone remains are unique archaeological attractions that tell the original story of the now bustling modern city. Many people also visit the area for its great dive sites. Colorful coral reefs and diverse sea life are located right offshore, and a variety of inland cenotes (deep natural wells) attract diving enthusiasts to explore the rich underwater worlds of Cancun.
When is the best time to visit?
Late April through May: Cancun is also known as “Spring break forever” could be Cancun’s motto. It’s all sun, sand, and good vibes. Here flip flops and board shorts count as “dressed,” and the club beats are thumping 24/7
The Spring Breakers have left it is before the thick of Summer when the humidity rises and tropical storms can bring rainfall. There are also good deals on offer at this time of year. The average daytime temperatures reach highs of 87 Fahrenheit (31°Celcius) and lows of 73 Fahrenheit

Current state: Like many resort areas of Mexico, Cancun has begun the process of reopening once-closed properties and welcoming back visitors with new pandemic health and safety precautions. Yet, prior to planning any trip, travelers need to assess potential risks. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) travel warning for Mexico makes those risks sound dire: The federal agency flatly recommends against all non-essential travel to the country, citing the high risk of contracting COVID-19.
