On our way home from our Magical and Mystical tour of Sleepy Hollow NY and the Hudson Valley.

We had a wonderful group that was game for anything. We started with The Great Jack O Lantern Blaze with more than 7000 pumpkins ablaze in amazing designs. Then on to Hyde Park for a tour of the Vanderbilt mansion and the most delicious lunch at the Culinary Institute. Day three began with a tour of Rockefeller's Kykuit mansion, the stained glass windows of the Union Church and the dramatic reading of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. On day 4, before heading for Maryland, we toured Washington Irving's home, Sunnyside.

Always thankful for our Action Travel Tours ' friends.

Next trip is 2 nights in NYC for the Rockettes, Dec 13-15.

Only one county in all of Maryland has failed to provide its school bus drivers with the job security that comes with a multi-year contract.

Charles County.

If we’re going to compete with neighboring counties for the best bus drivers, a multi-year contract is a must-have. Our children deserve the best, safest, most professional drivers. To recruit them and keep them, we have to treat them like the professionals they are.

School is scheduled to start on Monday, and our drivers want to be there.

Action Travel Tours enjoyed a beautiful day on our Gardens of Baltimore motor-coach trip. First stop was the Rawlings Conservatory for a tour around the world through plants...then an amazing lunch at Johnnie's in Roland Park and then a gorgeous Spring stroll through Sherwood Gardens.
