Due to the coronavirus that basically shut down the normally robust schedule of summertime celebrations in Wallace, the Gyro Club was forced to cancel last years event for the first time since 1942.

Take a free Shuttle Ride Saturday April 24th on the Trail of the CdAs. It's part of a nationwide Celebrate the Trails Day. The shuttle will run from 9am to 3pm on Saturday April 24th starting at the Wallace Inn with stops at Osburn's Gene Day Park, as well as trail heads in Smelterville and Cataldo. The shuttle can accomodate up to 12 cyclists. Reservations made on a first come first serve bases by contacting [email protected]. Special Celebrate the Trail room rates available at the Wallace Inn. Organizers for two of Wallace's oldest Festivals, the Gyro Days Lead Creek Derby (nearly 80 years old) and Huckleberry Festival & 5K Walk/Run (nearly 40 years old) will both be held this year. Bike the trail of the CDAs, stay at the Church House! You can literally see the bike trail from the house (and the Church House from the trail, of course). And if you don’t have an ebike, you can rent one from our shop, Spokehouse E-Bike Rentals.
