Did you know that otters were eliminated from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park in the 1900s? They have been reintroduced since then and the Smoky Mountain River Camp is fortunate enough to be home to several otters...they are hard to photograph but you will hear them behind the cabin frolicking in the Little River.
