"Lengthy post" please read, hopefully this post is informational, and brings awareness for some new fun, memorable, and additional opportunities this upcoming season for all the Outcast out there!
Last year, among obviously always having an amazing time meeting new people, enjoying return clients, meeting friends and family of my new and return clients wile fishing, I personally always try to have a good time, I love to catch a fish just as much as the next guy and that will never change..... but I don't want to be just that "charter boat" that's constantly in competition with the next guy(although we can be if that's what you want haha) Starting this year for the 2025 season Outcast fishing charters OBX will be offering a ton of more fun opportunities such as....
☆ "family fun day/island hopping" swimming, music, treasure hunting for the kids, bring the dogs, mom and dad pop out a beach chair and relax while the kids play!
☆ "Eco/Sightseeing tours" checking out the feeding dolphin, wildlife and waterfowl around Roanoke island, Sightseeing within different marinas and Sportfishing boats.
☆ "Sunset cruises" slow rolling the local waters with your favorite beverages (BYOB) while enjoying the company of your friends, family or just you and your better half, tunes playing whatever you like to set the afternoon mood.
☆ "Lunch or dinner tours" offering a opportunity to not only go out to eat while on vacation, but go out waterfront dinning with a little twist! Short and scenic boat ride to different restaurants such as Bluewater bar and grill pirates cove, sea chef kitchen oregon inlet, poor Richard's, stripers bar a grill in manteo to name a few, or eat amazing food at wanchese marina and then a afternoon boat ride. we will take you, wait on you and crew to eat, bring you back (within the agreed upon time of course) sunset cruises and eco tours can be combined into the mix of the lunch/dinner tours to make it a all out fun time. I made a earlier "happy birthday " post for Co Capt Landon turning the big 8 years old today, but as a father, being a outdoorsman all of my life, nothing makes me more proud than the things my not even 8 year old son has had the opportunity to accomplish this past year, he started the season off with a 5.5lb Citation speckled trout solo on light tackle to the net, He finally(after 2 years of catching) grabbed the screaming rod and brought in his first 100% solo Citation drum to the boat at 46" and he put the heat on him for a solid 25 minutes, he reeled in and faught his first Citation pier drum with a little help from daddy on the rail at 43", He dirt napped and dropped his first deer shooting a .243 a good friend let him use to get started. and put a perfect shot on his first NC black bear all before turning 8 years old, he has definitely out done his daddy by a long shot, 2024 was good to Landon and I'm so proud of him.
