Awesome time showing these Junior Anglers the ropes today! We found one heck of a trout bite. Once they got the hang of it I needed an extra set of arms to keep up. Love that they were eager to get involved with everything from teamwork to unhooking fish. Had them netting each others fish and cheering each other on by the end. Keep the kids outside! Nature is good medicine!

Day two of Junior Anglers Camp was a banger! We fished with both live baits and jigs on day one and had some good success. So on day two I put them to the test with only artificial. To say they killed it is an understatement! We had some great fishing and weeded through some smaller trout to fill the box! They were all excited for a big fish fry!

Can you feel the stress in this picture?! Hahaha by far my favorite capture of the day. Junior Anglers Camp number two is underway. I encouraged them to take turns netting each others fish. When a big on was on the line tensions were high! Love the teamwork and intensity in this photo. Made my day!

Day one of Junior Anglers Camp was an absolute blast with these youngsters! They crushed it! We kept a steady pace catching all day and explored multiple different areas with success on artificial baits. They listened to my instruction better than most adults I’ve guided and stayed focused start to finish. As rewarding for me as it was fun for them I believe! Looking forward to taking them again tomorrow. Come get the kids in on this action! Look at those grins!
