It seems like a pretty simple idea, but think about the products you "liked" but never went back for, or the restaurants you say you enjoyed but go to rarely. We strive to be the place you go to time after time for that same product, becoming a staple on your kitchen table. After owning multiple retail stores over the years, we learned the importance of excellent customer service. In all of my sto
res the central goals were great products and even greater service. While I was lucky enough to have a great staff that could put a smile on any face, my responsibility was to ensure that those smiles continued after customers left the store and returned home to enjoy our products. Facing these customers from behind the counter everyday was the ultimate reminder of that responsibility, but it was also a great opportunity for growth. The target was to satisfy them, so this everyday face time was the best way to find out just how to do that. And so we learned the importance of obtaining customer feedback. Now as JTB ventures into the televised* and online market, it is time to remember what it is like to face the customer, even in a virtual setting. That is why on our website and on this page, we never want a customer to hesitate to contact us. In fact, we encourage it. Whether good or bad, we want to know what you think so we can improve the quality of your experience with us. So overall, I consider myself to be a commercial baker with a retail mindset. Imagine what it would be like if every business owner and CEO was required to face their customers directly everyday! Well, that's exactly what we've done in our stores for years, and it is that experience that drives me to create memorable products. I hope to see you all as "regulars" here at JTB.
