A great big THANK YOU to all the helpers we had in putting new drainage and erosion boards in at the Melendy Household! It was all hands on deck with many helpers from family and other Tucker Ponders! Another day we’ll tackle some areas at Gossler Camps. A special thank you to the folks at Soak NH for their expertise and valuable input!

What a fun day we had at Tucker Pond yesterday!! Summerfest 2023 was a blast! Boat parade, corn hole tournament, face painting, egg toss and all kinds of great activities! Thank you to the Norton’s for a fun day!

One more thing to share. Local concerts at The MainStreet Warner Stage!

We certainly hope you’ll join us in the park this Thursday for a truly world class performance by father-son duo Jake & Taylor Armerding! The Boston Globe calls violinist-composer Jake Armerding "the most gifted and promising songwriter to emerge from the Boston folk scene in years”, and he has shared the stage with Bela Fleck, Nickel Creek, Josh Ritter and Toad the Wet Sprocket. Taylor Armerding spent nearly three decades as front man, lead singer, mandolin player and chief songwriter for the progressive bluegrass band, Northern Lights, which recorded nine albums and toured nationally with the late fiddle legend Vassar Clements, bluegrass star Peter Rowan and folk/rock icon Jonathan Edwards.

We have renters! As we were cleaning Tuckaway Camp this week, I came across this old photo album that said “Camp, 1954” in my grandmothers handwriting. I love looking at all the old photographs, so I opened it up. Luckily enough my grandmother also labeled the names of the renters and one of them happened to be renting this week! He was sitting down at Middle Beach so I brought the little photo album over to him and he reminisced about how he had been coming to Gossler Camps since he was two years old. His family would come every year until he was about 13.. then after he got married he and his wife would bring their children. He is renting this week with his wife and next week his grown daughter and her family will also be renting. Enjoy your time together! Thanks for the stories! We love to hear them!
