We started our Oklahoma and Texas trip today with a big day of travel. Spending our evening in Bricktown, Oklahoma City. We enjoyed a great meal at Toby Keith's and a peaceful canal ride learning about OKC history.

The last day at Niagara Falls was awesome! We started our day at Welland Canal and was able to watch a Canadian vessel come into the lock. We also viewed a short movie about the construction of the canal. Then it was on to Niagara on the Lake for a few hours of shopping, lunch, ice cream, a walk along Lake Erie, and enjoying their beautiful flowers. We ended our afternoon with a tour and samplings at a winery. After a rest break back at the hotel, Skylon Tower restaurant was a fun way to end our stay. The buffet and dessert was impressive but not as impressive as our view of the falls while we ate. This morning we crossed the border back into the United States!

Day three of Niagara Falls was a super busy day starting with an incredible breakfast with a beautiful Falls view! We began our tour with a step on guide who was very knowledgeable of the history of the falls and the area. We took a journey behind the falls and felt the force of the water. Next we went to the Clifton Hills area for lunch, a ride on the Skywheel, and some shopping. The big hit for the day was the Hornblower cruise right up next to the falls. Needless to say, we were soaked. After a little more history and a stop at the Floral Clock, our last activity for the day was a White Waterwalk experiencing the category 6 rapids from along the shore. Our day ended with a filling dinner of steak, salmon or stuffed chicken breast with all of the fixing, as well as dessert!

Day 2 of our Niagara Falls trip has come to an end with fireworks outside our Hilton Hotel room. We arrived at the falls this evening just in time to see a full rainbow. It was very bright and the end of the rainbow was right in front of us. We had never been so close to the end of a rainbow before! Our four course dinner at Table Rock Restaurant was fantastic and was followed by night viewing of the falls. Tomorrow we begin our full day of touring the Niagara Falls area including the Horn Blower cruise, Journey Behind the Falls, a ride on the Ferris Wheel with a view of the falls, the Butterfly Garden, and Floral Clock. We have a full day ahead!

Niagara Falls, trip #2 has begun. We had a neat stop at a Route 66 museum in Pontiac, IL today. We met some bikers from Australia and England that had come over to ride Route 66 from Chicago to LA. We took our group picture with one of their bikes. After a lot of construction slow downs today, we arrived at New Buffalo, MI for our first night. We had dinner down along Lake Michigan at Casey's or Stray Dog while watching the end of the Chiefs game. There was a big cheer from our group as the game ended! Notice all of our Chiefs attire!! Go Chiefs.

Little behind with posting Trip #1 to Niagara Falls. But, days 2 and 3 did not dissappoint! The Falls themselves (some of us got a little wet) to behind the Falls and Lake Erie! Today, we went to Niagara on Lake Ontario and enjoyed the Canal where Large ships pass thru. And lastly this evening we are enjoying a buffet dinner at Skylon Tower.

Day four has come to an end. It has been another busy one. Our morning started with a tour to the Drummond Ranch in Pawhuska. The lodge was very spacious and we were able to roam around and look at everything, open every drawer, door, and even go in Ree's pantry. After a pizza buffet lunch at Simple Simon's Pizza, we walked down to the Mercantile, did a little shopping and found many treats in her bakery. Our last activity today was a visit to Woolaroc for some Native American history and learn more about Frank Phillips. We drove to Bartlesville and checked in before going to the Cherokee Cultural Center for dinner, a style show, and some good clean comedy. We will begin home tomorrow, but this trip isn't over yet!
