Know this... whatever your God given talent or skill is, cultivate it and share it with the world. It's simple, you use it or you'll LOSE it

Man! Today's workout was not for the weak. 💯

I almost threw up my breakfast. (Sorry, I won't sugar coat the real)
I was thirsty af!
I felt a little dizzy 😵

So, I stopped , then Liquefied some calcium and magnesium vitamins in water & got back in the game.
Listen to your body and your intuition.

Decided to go back to "half caf" until I am able to kick the habit for a while. (A break, because I will not promise to stop drinking coffee.. but I do need a break) ☕️

It was age 36... that I looked in the mirror and truly accepted the reflection that gazed upon me.

Society's perception (1980s & and 1990s) of beautiful usually involved someone skinny, with blonde hair or a voluptuous hourglass ⌛️ figured woman with dark long hair!

No one looked like me... I've been told I have a unique look many times.... Unique? LOL, what the *uck does that mean? *in offense* 🤣😅🤣🤷‍♀️

Man, I'm so glad the insecurity of those days.... come like dust in the wind.

My reason to be...

Things haven't always been easy between us...

The bond we have, though, is unbreakable.

You are one of the best things that has ever happened to me.

I've read the parenting books, took a few classes, and have taken advice from elders... but ultimately, you learn more as you build your relationship. ...

Being a good parent is dependent upon you 1st being good to yourself and also honoring God.

Once you fill up your cup, you can then be successful in nurturing, providing a good example, and leading with purpose.

During this point in my life... (3 years ago) I started to feel like my marriage was crumbling.

This is where my journey intensified. Pouring into myself...

I am truly blessed to have been in a relationship for a very long time. 💓 I will forever cherish the good times and learn from the challenges.

When I marry again, because I will... I want it to be FOREVER. ❤️

I admit, I like to engage with people all of the time... with the exception of my "need for quiet hours"... but this one... the love I have for her can not be expressed in words.
