The Health and Wellness Center is collecting Health forms and Insurance Waivers for the 2024-2025 academic year. All new students must submit their health records with immunization records to the Health Center on or before August 16th. All new and returning CAS students are automatically enrolled on Trinity’s health insurance, if you have existing coverage, please complete and submit the waiver no later than September 6th. All BGS, SPS, EDU or NHP students are invited to enroll in Trinity’s Health Insurance.
