Do not give up, never give up
I tell you the same motivation I consume. I tell you some of my ways to success. Might not be the best but that is the best I know for now!
Hardwork is the only way I told you can not fail.
I told you to be smart(do something)
I told you to be wise(know what you don’t want to do)
I told you to have a mantra & focused = wisdom(ability to do something and ability to know what you don’t want)
Do something, work hard for it, stay focused and remain consistent, determine and believe much in yourself, know what you don’t want, don’t always jump from what you are doing and start something new, even if you want to start something, let it be additional source of income which I recommend, do not run away from your goal because of difficulties and challenges, every successful person is rich today because they did not run away, only 1% of people on earth has proven themselves and you can be another successful person if you don’t get distracted.
More than 8+ trillion people on earth but only 1% people are millionaires.
In USA more than 333+ million people but only 8% are millionaires etc
You get rich by investing your hard earned into a business. It’s hard to get rich while working for other people all your life. The people you work are the ones that could get rich and if they don’t get rich, no worker can get rich.

My first year in USA
I stayed in bed space bunk bed (550/month), ride citybicycles ($16/month) and that allowed me to set a thick and solid foundation to move into apartment, buy my first car cash and went to school where I got my associates degree before going to International University…….. paid all my studies cash down, zero school debts ………
While I rented an apartment, I had a roommate, that helps both of us immigrants to spend less and save more.
Eventually I decided to enjoy and went to high rise and stayed in big condos by myself but after years of increasing racism, I decided to seek peace for myself & bought my first home in USA where I later became a host and open my guests room out for people in need during COVID as USA government recommended. I eventually left my master room for guests and then started my Real Estate Company, did everything legal and solid. Got permit from city and registered an LLC & Set up EIN for LLC for Taxes etc
All these years I became an international Host which I have maintained as a “Super Host for 4+ Years) wining and maintaining the Rank of Super Host with a batch 4 times every year evaluated after every 3 months.
Note and this is reasons you should not be scared or afraid to start now ………. & don’t give up 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
I have not applied direct academic certificates, I did not need academic degrees to set up an LLC
I have applied common sense in making decisions and used objective and rational reasoning to make decisions. Well school helps when you make good use of it. You solve problems by calculating the best possible outcomes which is like maths but it’s not adding equations or numbers in an exam.
In real life, situations and difficulties are your exams. You can pass if you use right method and right formula to solve it or you fail if you don’t know or if you don’t have experience. You are your own examiner and you mark and correct your own exams. You can cheat as much as you want just as you can be bankrupt as much as it results!
Most importantly, what fuel success is experience, and most of the time, best experience comes from those who do just one thing in life, they master it and at one point they can predict l, anticipate and procrastinate the future problems and set solutions before waiting, they will succeed and always win every challenges and they know what to skip and what not to skip. You can not solve all problems, however, you can control some of them to directions you can solve or manage. It’s part of business politics.
