The Roosevelt Island cable car, a unique mode of public transportation, efficiently shuttles passengers between different points in New York City.
The city's well-connected public transportation system, including trains, buses, taxis, and rideshares, offers a convenient and reliable way to get around. This accessibility is a crucial reason why many residents in the five boroughs, myself included, opt not to drive.
The cultural norm here is that owning a car is often considered unnecessary.
I understand that some of my friends may not share this perspective, and that's okay.
