Spent an evening stepping into the "Life of a Neuron" @artechouse DC. In this cool and immersive art exhibit experience, art meets technology as you explore the mysterious human brain and get up close and personal with a neuron, the "thinking cells" of the brain, at a cellular level. Question the human experience and look at how the neuron changes from pre-birth to death, from stress, addiction, and human emotion and life experiences.
Artechouse was a fun, vivid, and social space complete with "brain enhancing" themed drinks at their extended reality XR Bar during the "Life of a Neuron" exhibit.

This became the perfect respite for a multitude of mindful moments during "A Touch of Excellence" a fall retreat where I hosted a small group of individuals who chose to invest in their relaxation and rejuvenation. My attendees said they found the most calming moments when they sat on their private balconies. Whether to watch the sunrise, listen to the ocean waves, take a nap, meditate, sunbathe, or feel the warm wind caress their face.
