Introducing Holly Avino!! ππΌ
Holly is the Travel Trade Sales Manager at Destination Niagara USA, she was welcomed to her new role May 2023. Previously with Destination Niagara USA, Holly was serving as a Visitor Service Representative before advancing to Sales Coordinator through August of 2020. Most recently Holly worked for Visit Rochester as a Marketing and Events Coordinator. In her position as Travel Trade Sales Manager, Holly will develop and promote group leisure visitation to Niagara Falls USA. She attends several tradeshows to promote Niagara Falls USA and assists with familiarization tours for tour operators exploring the beautiful destination.
Holly holds a degree in Tourism Destination Management from Niagara University and has been putting her hard earned degree to great use working in the industry 7 years now.

π Meet Lynn Marzullo, a valuable member of the WIB leadership team. With a background in corporate marketing, Lynn brings extensive knowledge and experience to her role within MCI. Starting as a marketing specialist in 2006, Lynn's dedication and commitment led her to explore various roles within the company, from contract coordinator to manager of product planning and analysis, thus deepening her understanding of MCI and the motorcoach industry.
π Through her diverse roles, Lynn has honed crucial skills such as project management, communication, and strategic planning, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success. Her consistent presence at regional and national industry events has helped to expand MCI's network and fostered strong relationships with operators and customers, particularly in the luxury ground transportation market. In her current role as the Manager of Marketing, Lynn plays a crucial role in shaping MCI's marketing strategy and enhancing its brand. Her dedication and expertise also make her an asset to our team.
