In the mornings, when the sun comes through the living room windows and the red rock bluffs show off their glow, this room is especially inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, appliances, and a stocked coffee bar. A full size fridge, walk in pantry, electric stove, microwave, oven and dishwasher will not leave you without any comforts. For quick meals, there are two barstool chairs at the kitchen island and for a more formal preparation, there is a 6 seating dining table right off the end of the kitchen that looks out to the backyard. Opening up the slider door to your backyard will instantly greet you with market lights for ambiance, a 3 burner grill, an inviting lounge chair for sun soaking, a seating area, and an incredible view of the red rock bluffs. Need a remote, quiet space to work, study, work out, lounge, or meditate? There is a large "zoom" friendly office space with an L-Shaped desk, shelving, and natural light. Across the way you will discover a very plush oversized sofa made of 100% linen, an oversized 65” TV perfect for movie nights and popcorn, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, free weight/yoga equipment, and an open space for kids to play. The home is equipped with high speed-fiber optic internet and reaches the full lengths of the entire home, making this the perfect place to stream on all your devices, and have the ability to work from home with ease (300mbps). Nestled up on the top floor you are greeted with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full sized laundry room. The bedrooms were designed with the the surrounding red rock canyons as inspiration, beaming with natural colors, textures, and lighting. Both secondary bedrooms have exquisite views out of the bedroom windows staring out to the red rock bluffs. The beds and pillows are comfortably dressed with "washed cotton" luxury breathable linens, custom lighting, and ample electrical outlets. Each closet is equipped with extra bedding, hangers and a hamper. The owner’s suite is an isolated oasis with a Terra-cotta stone essential diffuser, greenery, custom lighting, a Himalayan salt lamp, an envy-worthy bed with beautiful linens, a walk-in closet, and a fully stocked bathroom for a relaxing bath or shower. This large, inviting space allows daytime naps (courtesy of our blackout curtains), a ceiling fan to keep you cool, a cozy corner to read, and the ability to log into any of your popular streaming apps on the large 55" Roku Smart Tv. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs as well and is fully stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an ironing board and an iron. Work in the medical field? We're only 6.8 miles (approx. a 10 minute drive) to St. George Regional Hospital (level III). Need to hop on a flight? We have a regional airport 12 miles away and an international airport in Las Vegas just 2 hours away! Due to being a Midterm Rental, a lease agreement will need to be signed and a refundable security deposit will need to be collected. Optional monthly house cleaning is available for an additional fee.
