♥️I’m HOME! 🏡

Looks like I have a lot of work to go through!! I’m in lots of pain, it’s my normal if I do any events…but I made it until about the last hour of the ship tour and I can’t really walk right now for a bit.

It will be okay in a few days of letting my body rest and get the fluid & inflammation out. It’s just my normal for right now, but I still refuse to claim it or keep it!! I had a great time and I need to do this for my job sometimes.

For now, I’ll love on my family a bit and enjoy the rest of the LSU game…GEAUX Tigers!!! 💜💛🐅💜💛

Disney After Hours is back at Walt Disney World Resort for 2025, offering late-night adventures for guests and their families. These separately ticketed events are limited to a select number of guests, allowing them to enjoy Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT after they officially close for the day. Guests can start their night as early as 7 p.m. and stay three hours after the parks close, experiencing shorter wait times for attractions, meeting some of their favorite characters, and indulging in snacks like ice cream, popcorn, and select drinks. The events begin on January 6 at Magic Kingdom, January 22 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and February 27 at EPCOT.

✨Why even use a travel agent?✨

Honestly, the booking part isn’t that hard. Yes sometimes the research of finding a place/ matching the budget/ deciding on the right cruise/ navigating the entire Mexican Riviera all inclusive resort situation/ planning every stop on a European vacation/ etc can be a lot of work and require a lot of planning. Don’t get me wrong, I do spend literally hours doing that part at times. But really anyone can do that. That’s why there is Travelocity and Orbitz and Costco Travel and good ol’ google.

It’s the “manage travel plans” where the real work comes in. Just in the last couple weeks these are the texts I’ve received:

“Can you switch our shuttle time to an earlier pick up?”

“I can’t book these flights online through the cruise line and I don’t know why. Can you figure out why?”

“We don’t want to do this excursion any more. Can you cancel it?”

“We want to add a person to our room. Can you do that for me?”

“Our flights changed. I need to add another night to our hotel.”

“I need more leg room but the airline said I couldn’t change to a different seat.”

“We need transportation from the airport.”

“I need to cancel this trip.”

And so much more…

Compiling itineraries, calling vendors, organizing details, answering any and all questions, managing final payments, watching flights, keeping up with the latest travel news is where most of the work comes in.

But for my clients: one text. That’s it. No finding the right contact. No frustrating-getting no where-hours on the phone calls. Just a text and *p**f* it’s taken care of. They go about their day with no disruption. And all for literally no cost to the client. Not a penny. VIP treatment for literally no cost to you. I guarantee you Travelocity won’t do even 5% of that for you!
