Monday! Monday! Monday! Yep, you guessed it, it's Monday! That means it's featured event day. This week's event starts the first show of the 2024 season at Prairie Repertory Theatre in Brookings. Starting Wednesday, you can see "Nunsense...A Heavenly Musical Comedy" in the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center on the campus of SDSU. While you're there, don't forget to pick up your season passes. You won't want to miss the three upcoming shows either.

It's Wednesday and you know what that means! Mid-Week Featured Member day! This week we're celebrating the Faulkton Area Economic Development and the City of Faulkton. Check out their newest mural on your next visit. As you can see, it's definitely one you want to stop and take a selfie with.

Thanks Faulkton Area Arts Council for the new mural at the park! The arts council has been active for almost 50 years and added so much to our wonderful quality of life. You are appreciated! The mural was done by Chuck Bennis of Bennis Art Studios in Brookings.

On Thursday Rosie and Jody headed north to Milbank to attend the SD Spring Customer Service Seminar. What a great turnout! On the roadtrip back to the office, we stopped at a couple great members that we think you should make a point to stop and say HI to! The Abbey of the Hills Inn & Retreat Center near Marvin is such a peaceful place to visit. Go for the day or for the night, either way you won't be disappointed. Next we stopped at the County-Line Campground in Summit. Not only are they open for the season, but their ice-cream truck Scoopy's is ready for business. You definitely won't be disappointed with that stop either! With 12 different flavors to choose from, it might make your stop a little difficult though. Tell them Glacial Lakes & Prairies sent you!
