Dining out near home with special dietary needs is stressful enough - is it even possible while traveling? Yes - with careful planning. Also it helps to choose destinations with chefs and waitstaff who know their stuff! Here are just a few of the gluten free meals prepared for me by the amazing chefs at Walt Disney World during my last visit. Not once did I feel I was missing out, or unsafe.

Disney’s Old Key West Resort is a fabulous option for families looking for SPACE! Check out this homey 2 bedroom villa right on the golf course. We were steps from a Disney bus stop, water taxi to Disney Springs, dining and the pool.

Here's some real talk...
Sometimes, clients come to me excited for Disney but also totally overwhelmed. They tell me they have been watching videos, reading books and talking with friends, and they still don't know what to do or when to do it. They don't want to have to become a Disney experts, they just want their kids to meet Mickey and make happy memories.
I get it. It's a lot.
And, this is where I shine. I am with my clients every step of the way, personally handling all their magical details, freeing them to get back to feeling excited about their plans. And if they have a question about something an influencer said - I'm their trusted resource. I even provide a personalized daily itinerary (created by me - not a computer!)
So, if you've got friends who are stressing in the Disney planning zone, please tell them it doesn't have to be that way, and send them to me. I promise to take good care of them!

I am loving the Cool Kids Summer activities coming to Walt Disney World! My Summer clients with Littles will have so many fun extra experiences! It's just too much to list here, but I'll give you a "for instance" for why I think my clients will be excited:

✨ Parents with big kids who want to do big rides and little kids who aren't quite there yet are going to love this. I'm seeing the split up time being fun for everyone! One grown-up rides the big ride, while the other attends a dance party with Goofy, for example. Then they meet up, share stories, and enjoy attractions with no height requirement all together!

As someone with dietary restrictions, I can’t just order a burger. A lot goes into ordering and preparing! So, I deeply appreciate when chefs and waitstaff make the effort to ensure my food is safe for me.
