Started the morning off riding Hagrid’s Motorbikes, one of my favorite rides at Islands of Adventure! Now we’re onboard the Hogwarts Express and headed over to Universal Studios on this beautiful January day!

I LOVE staying at Loews Portofino Bay Resort at Universal Orlando! One of my favorite things about it is the nighttime ambience along the waterfront. Live Italian and/or opera music every night and restaurants/bars with outdoor seating create the perfect way to spend the end of the day.

Disney’s Boardwalk resort is now at the top of my list! For one, you can walk right into the back entrance of Epcot, a huge bonus! But the Boardwalk is also full of activities including watching Epcot’s fireworks, dining, live entertainers, and so much more! Add in the list of daily family fun and lawn movies, pools, JellyRolls dueling piano bar for the adults, the Skyliner and boats for transportation, and this place checks ALL the boxes!
