Today's plan was to work a couple hours on our flip house hanging interior doors and some trim. Head to a rental to look at a noisy well pump. Then the afternoon working on last of the soffit and facia on our house.
How today went: had to run to get 9volt batteries and put them in a smoke detector of an airbnb. Then into the first weber office for a meeting. That lead to a phone call for a guy wanting a showing. Went home for quick lunch, back to the office to print docs, then an hour and a half walking 30+acres of land. Back home now and don't feel like working.

Happy Closing Day to my buyer Andrew and his family on their new home over by Westfield!!!!! They wanted privacy, seclusion, acreage and close to work and this place checked every single box for them after months of searching and looking at homes. I purchased this home back in July, posted the extensive clean up and remodel, and yesterday we officially closed and sold it! Definitely one of our quicker projects, kept my actual time/work there minimal and still came out ahead. Next is to finish our not so quick flip in Neshkoro and get it on the market!

Finally getting back to my laptop after 3-4 days without. On Friday we started showings on our Redgranite property, by Saturday we had accepted an offer. Lot of progress at the Redgranite house but mostly trim and misc stuff. Ran to waupaca tonight to pick up this stove and will hook it up tomorrow morning. House will likely be ready by Tuesday but will probably start showings Thursday or Friday! Then it's onto the next project!

Made some more progress last night and this morning. Refrigerator is in, most of the backsplash is up, trim in 1 bedroom installed. Time for Lilys soccer game then back at the random things still left!

Progress update!

Latest update. It is coming along quite nicely. Down to a lot of finish work and some appliances. Hoping by Monday or Tuesday we have a for sale sign in the yard!

I can't wait for 60 and sunny! Irogami started to open in the middle today, only a matter of time now.
