Just opening the 2025 winter calendar! Plan a getaway weekend with friends. Talihaven is quite simply a fun place to spend time. The game room has Skeeball, shuffleboard (it's a quality table), ping pong, and an oversized Connect Four. The hot tub is large and overlooks the lake. The fireplaces are gorgeous and gas, so easy peasy and cozy! And it's only TWO MILES from NORDIC MOUNTAIN! Skiing and snow tubing just two miles away!
The chalet sleeps 14, so gather the group and have some fun!

We're two miles from Nordic Mountain. It's a great place for beginners.

Nordic Mountain is a great place for beginners to build their confidence on the snow utilizing our Terrain Based Learning (TBL) area! With taking the time at each of the five stations, you will learn the fundamentals of getting your gear on to learning to turn to eventually making it down the perfect slope!
