Hello there! Have you been wondering who’s behind the the Waverly Mansion? Allow us to introduce ourselves. 👋🏻

I’m Ron, the owner of the Waverly Mansion. I’m a retired accountant and serial entrepreneur who grew up in NEPA and I now spend most of my time between Harrisburg and Florida with my partner, Rhonda. I love to travel while experiencing new lands and cultures.

I’m Saundra, the Resident Manager of the Waverly Mansion. I’ve worked with Ron for many years and spent my career days in Administration, Hospitality, and Marketing in the Harrisburg area. I live on the property and take great care of each guest that walks through our doors. You can call me, Sandy!

We both love sharing the Mansion with guests near and far. From wedding rehearsal dinners and family reunions to surprise engagements and staycations, we’ve hosted them all.
