Wondering what Bold Surf has in appliances… here’s just a few: 2 electric skillets, 2 crock pots, fajita maker, toaster, can opener, regular coffee maker, a keurig, blender and a wine chiller. We also have 2 different grills- one gas and if you prefer charcoal you will find one behind the house near the outside shower!

We depend on Surf and Sound to manage Bold Surf, but our renters truly are the key! As we left the house, we replaced the hangers that mysteriously disappear every season. We deep clean the furniture to get the sand and bathing suit water marks off the best that we can. We wipe down the walls - especially near the pool table- attempting to eliminate the blue chalk marks. We fix minor repairs and replace items that we notice. We clean the carpets - Surf or Sound does the vacuuming. The renters coming in as we leave- walk into everything being in the places WE think is the perfect. However, we are aware this may change! If you notice something, please contact Surf or Sound. If there’s a spill, accident, stain… please treat it immediately, as you would at your own home. If it something big- call Surf or Sound😊. Thank you!! 😎

Right now....

Tonight's video..... a positive reason to stay at Bold Surf that we bet you never consider: how quiet our street really is. There are just a few rental houses on our street, mostly local owners/residential . The traffic is low and on a clear night, sit on the deck and enjoy the stars and the peace!

Hoping our renters watch our silly video and read all the warnings on our new elevator. If you attempt to open the door prior to the red number going off, it shuts the system down as a safety precaution. You will have to call Surf or Sound who will then have to call the elevator service. Follow the signs..... it works. This is human error not elevator error. 😊😊😊😊😊
