Timmerman's Trottage

It sleeps 6-8 comfortably. There are two bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed and one with custom made twin bunk beds. There is another queen bed in multipurpose space. The trottage just received a fresh coat of paint and new carpet throughout. It comes equipped with all bedding and linens. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and has dishwasher, newer appliances and microwave. Basic s

easonings are in the pantry. There is also a mudroom (not pictured in the album). It has a clothes dryer for all the wet stuff. The trottage is in a very quiet lakeside residential community and right across the street from the lake. Our lake access is just a short walk from the trottage (a city block). It's a great neighborhood for bike riding or walking. There is a public access with a nice boat launch to drop for those with their own. Payne Lake is next to Gun Lake, and just a few miles from the Gun Lake Casino. It is conveniently located between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. Many great restaurants and other activities (Meijer Gardens, John Ball Zoo, Tanger Outlet Mall - and lots of wineries and breweries) are just a short trip away. We have rafts, fishing poles, an aluminum fishing boat and a grill! The trottage rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 10AM.
