📍Happ Coffee Roasters: Where they roast their own beans to perfection and serve delicious coffee out of their industrial chic coffee house. The perfect place to start your day.
📍Basic City Beer Co.: The OG of Waynesboro's craft bev scene. Still one of the coolest spots to kick back with excellent craft beer (and play arcade games).
📍Blue Ridge Bucha: Did you know Waynesboro is home of the popular kombucha producer, Blue Ridge Bucha, and you can also hang out on their patio and have a tasting on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays?? If you didn't, you need to make plans to go!
📍Common Wealth Crush Co.: A wine incubator co-op and tasting room, the first of its kind in the Shenandoah Valley. Taste some awesome wines from their winemaking family every Thursday-Sunday.
📍Lightwell Survey: This indie winery, located in the South River Mill, knows how to party. They're open Saturdays during the summer, so book your reservations to try some small batch wines sans the traditional aspirations.

Try something different in Waynesboro tomorrow! Change it up a little bit with this mini-itinerary for Saturday, May 11th:
🍅Waynesboro Farmers Market- VA, voted runner up for best Farmers Market in the Blue Ridge, is open every Saturday from 9-1:00 pm at the Constitution Park Pavilion until October with tons of vendors, live music, and more! Come check them out for their second Saturday of the season.
📜Ever been to the Plumb House Museum? Ever HEARD of the Plumb House Museum? Check out the oldest frame structure in Waynesboro, which found itself in the middle of the Civil War Battle of Waynesboro in 1865. The Waynesboro Heritage Foundation will be opening it from 10-2:00 pm, it's usually only open on Thursdays, so make plans to go!
🍷Common Wealth Crush Co. is having food and wine pairings from 5-9:00 pm. Make a reservation for a full pairing or hang out on the patio to do a pairing a la carte, no res required. Like they said, either way THERE WILL BE WINE!
🎶Cap the night off with some live music. The Valley's favorite band, Who Shot John, will be playing at Waynesboro's favorite Mexican restaurant, Plaza Antigua, from 6-9:00 pm.

Spend your Saturday in Waynesboro at the Waynesboro Heritage Foundation Museum learning about the Rosenwald School and its community at the new exhibit, Foundations of Hope. After (or before!) head to the Waynesboro Public Library for Bright Star Star Children's Theatre's production of 'Heroes of the Underground Railroad' and learn the incredible true stories of brave men and women who escaped from slavery, and the abolitionists that helped them along the way. Both events are FREE and open to the public!

Don’t forget to mark your calendars for Saturday, February 24th from 2-5pm. Come celebrate 100 years of the Rosenwald School and its community with us and hear stories from its alumni. There will be light refreshments.
