Perfect central location on the main channel- Minutes to Alexandria Bay, 15 minutes to Clayton by boat or car. Cottage is accessible by land! 😀

Enjoy all 900 SQ ft of this cozy cottage!
Sleeps 6 comfortably
-1 Master Bedroom with Queen bed
-2 Bedrooms with Full beds
-1 Bathroom (shower only)
-Kitchen, living room, & enclosed porch
-Futon for extra bed on porch
-Bedding & Linens provided (kitchen & bathroom towels, etc)
-Sorry, although we love them, no pets please!
-Outdoor charcoal grill
-Private deck on river
-1 dock slip is available 🚤

$300 per night, 4 Night Minimum
