🚨🚨BREAKING NEWS: DISNEY LISTENED🚨🚨

Major changes coming to what we now know as Genie+! Disney listened to its guests, and are making changes to make the process of Genie+/ selecting ride times more simple and less confusing!

Here’s what’s happening:
✨Genie+ is now called Lightening Lane Multi Pass
✨Individual Lightening Lane is now called Lightening Lane Single Pass

🏰Lightening Lane Multi Pass🏰
✨Guests purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass can make up to 3 Lightning Lane selections in a theme park (all in advance)
✨Guests will be able to choose available times as you make your selections. On the day of their visit, ✨Once you use a selection, you can check the My Disney Experience app for availability & make an additional selection.

🐭Lightning Lane Single Pass 🐭
✨Lightning Lane Single Pass will work similar to how it does today, but now you’ll now be able to make their purchase and plan in advance.

🎠How to Plan Ahead 🎠
✨Resort guests will be able to plan Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days in advance, for their entire stay!✨Non-resort guests can plan up to 3 days in advance.

(You can purchase a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, a Lightning Lane Single Pass or both)

I’m not going to lie, when I went to Disneyland for the first time I was a bit skeptical and questioned what’s so special about these parks when I’ve grown up going to Disney World every year. Well, let me tell you these parks are SPECIAL.

Disneyland & California Adventure are absolutely wonderful. Disneyland oddly enough felt like home, and you could really feel and see the attention to detail. (Walt would be so proud🥹🫶🏻) California Adventure is FUN, mixing some of what we know from Disney World with exciting new attractions like the Incredicoaster and the Monsters Inc. ride. 🎢🐭
