Our vision at Jordan's Steak Bistro is to provide a less formal dining experience for both special occasions as well as everyday dining. We offer a versatile menu allowing diners to feel at home whether choosing a light meal and glass of wine, or experiencing a four course epicurean event. The menu at Jordan's Steak Bistro offers prime steaks, fresh seafood, free range
chicken, vegan and vegetarian options. We offer small plates, and several interesting side dishes that are both traditional and timely. Some of our signature dishes are our Grilled Caesar Salad cooked right on our broiler, our prime, local and natural Jackman Wagyu Ranch steaks fired in an infrared broiler at 1800 degrees, and our Maryland style crab cakes that are almost entirely made of jumbo lump crab, and served set on our lobster cream sauce. The core menu stays consistent, while we are always creating something new to feature as a special. The wine list offers 50 national and international wines with several by the glass hand selected by Jordan, Ivette and the team. Our specialty drinks and martinis are creative, large and passionately constructed without over-doing the ingredients. We love mixology though we keep it simple. We don't serve 10 minute drinks.
