The owner, Cindy Dobbs. has over 15 years experience teaching fitness classes and personal training. This is a dream come true to her to open a fitness center. She want

We offer around 15 classes such as Zumba, Zumba toning, Zumba Gold, Silver Sneakers, Toning classes, Hip Hop Abs, Faithfully Hip, stability ball classes, ab classes, balance classes and much more. We also offer personal training for anyone who wants one on one attention or if you are not comfortable in a group fitness setting. 1) What is the meaning of "SS"? It stands for Silver Sneakers. Any class with "SS" next to it is complimentary for individuals enrolled in the Silver Sneakers program. To determine your eligibility, please contact your insurance provider.
2) Are Silver Sneakers classes too simple? No, they are not. Like any other class, you can adjust the intensity to suit your fitness level.
3) Do you offer special promotions? Yes, we do! At the beginning of each month, we offer exclusive discounts on punch cards and monthly passes for a limited time. Don't miss out on these opportunities!
4) Are children permitted? Yes, children are welcome. However, if they are young, please ensure they are supervised as we do not provide childcare services. Children under 12 years of age can join your class for free!
5) How long are the classes? The duration of each class varies between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on the specific class.

This mornings class is a toning class called "Target". It targets muscle groups that we all like to tone-up like arms πͺ, abs πͺ, legs π¦΅, and glutes π!
This class is Silver Sneaker approved and can be done in a chair πͺ, standing π§ββοΈ or a combination of the two. So if you have a Silver Sneaker card this class is free to you!
But, don't he fooled by it being called "Silver Sneakers". This class is universal for EVERYONE! It's up to YOU on how much you put into this class and what size weights you lift!
