The owner, Cindy Dobbs. has over 15 years experience teaching fitness classes and personal training. This is a dream come true to her to open a fitness center. She want

We offer around 15 classes such as Zumba, Zumba toning, Zumba Gold, Silver Sneakers, Toning classes, Hip Hop Abs, Faithfully Hip, stability ball classes, ab classes, balance classes and much more. We also offer personal training for anyone who wants one on one attention or if you are not comfortable in a group fitness setting. Hey there! CFF has some cool specials going on in November.

First up, when you buy a gift card for someone, you'll automatically get $5 off a punch card or monthly pass. Or, if you spend $50 or more on a gift card, you can either get a $20 credit for yourself or add it to the gift card.

From November 4th to 8th, you can save $5 on all punch cards, whether you're a senior or a regular-priced PC.

Just a few things to keep in mind: these specials can't be combined, but you can use them at different times. Also, gift card deals expire after 90 days, and gift cards themselves can be used up to 6 months from the date of purchase. No refunds are given, so make sure you use them up!
