w we invite you to come and enjoy the cabins and the beautiful wilderness that surrounds us. When you stay at Tippy you’ll have all the comforts of home without leaving the grounds. However, if you want to experience the wilderness, you're in the heart of the National Forest. Bring your hiking boots, an extra change of clothes for the casino (Little River), your bathing suits for Lake Michigan, and your golf clubs for the great courses near by. Don't forget to fish the ever popular Tippy Dam for some of the best fishing experiences a river can offer. This 3 cabin, 22 bed property sets on 80 acres of private land backing up to the Manistee National Forest. We are a stones throw away from one of 's best game fishing river. (Manistee river at Tippy Dam.)The sleeping cabin consists of 8 separate rooms with 22 beds total and each room has its own bathroom and shower. The recreational cabin can host a lot of fun activities. A 65 inch tv, poker tables, cards, board games, two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The Kitchen is a chefs dream. All the utensils you’ll need to cook up a storm with seating for 36. All your pots and pans, plates and cups are there for your convenience. It has a fridge, a freezer, a stove, a microwave, a griddle,and a coffee pot. The wilderness awaits you when you step out of the convenience and comfort of the buildings. Sit at the ridge and gaze at the Manistee River below or if you like a bit of a hike you can take the 276 step adventure for a closer look of this beautiful river. Round out your day with a game of horse shoes in our pit and enjoy an amazing bonfire. Make memories at this family run resort in the heart of !
