Team members at our Mumbai location just wrapped up the Three Weeks to Thrive program, a unique initiative to boost well-being and mental health among our staff! For three weeks, participants took part in daily activities that nurtured creativity, encouraged connections, and provided moments of relaxation. We celebrated weekly winners and an overall champion who completed all 21 activities.

From desk-side inspiration to outdoor adventures, soul-lifting music, and mindful reflection, we made space for what truly matters: mental well-being. On October 10th, , we hosted a special session with Clinical Psychologist Dr. Saurabh Kale, in line with this year’s WHO theme: “It’s time to prioritize mental health in the workplace.”
