Today, Title 1 hosted a breakfast with Santa for Kindergarten students and their parents, which was highly successful. We appreciate the efforts of all individuals who helped make this event possible.

Hoy, Title 1 organizó un desayuno con Papá Noel para los estudiantes de jardín de infantes y sus padres, que fue muy exitoso. Agradecemos los esfuerzos de todas las personas que ayudaron a hacer posible este evento.

West Hazleton Title1 recently hosted 4th grade students and their parents for a literacy event in the 21st century.

Parents and students were trained on a new online program, MyOn.

MyOn is an online program that ensures all students can engage in frequent, high-quality reading practice with unlimited access to thousands of digital books and age appropriate news articles.

Emphasis was placed on multicultural books to celebrate Hispanic heritage month.

Pictured are Maddox Sanchez, Dayrek Rodriguez Torres, and Cattaleya Peguero.

Hazleton Area School District has also offered free access to our young children (birth to 5 years of age)who reside in the Hazleton Area School District.
These children will receive free and unlimited online access to a curated collection of authentic and engaging books on the digital reading platforms.

West Hazleton Title1 recibió recientemente a estudiantes de 4to grado y a sus padres para un evento de alfabetización en el siglo XXI.

Los padres y los estudiantes fueron entrenados en un nuevo programa en línea, MyOn.

MyOn es un programa en línea que garantiza que todos los estudiantes puedan participar en prácticas de lectura frecuentes y de alta calidad con acceso ilimitado a miles de libros digitales y artículos de noticias apropiados para su edad.

Se hizo hincapié en los libros multiculturales para celebrar el mes de la herencia hispana.

El Distrito Escolar del Área de Hazleton también ha ofrecido acceso gratuito a nuestros niños pequeños (desde el nacimiento hasta los 5 años de edad) que residen en el Distrito Escolar del Área de Hazleton.

Estos niños recibirán acceso en línea gratuito e ilimitado a una colección curada de libros auténticos y atractivos en las plataformas de lectura digital.

2024-2025 Class lists have been posted on our main entrance doors!

Bus cards are available for pick up starting tomorrow, August 27th. They will also be available for pick up during grades 1-8 orientation on Wednesday, August 28th. It is important to get your child's bus card prior to school starting to ensure smooth pick up and drop off.
