Good morning! We will be bringing our "babies" to town for tours today. Learn about our quaint town of West Jefferson and some of our local businesses. Our tours are 1/2 hour from 11am - 2pm for $5 per person. We load/ unload at the Town Hall where our local police park. We look forward to seeing you all!

Guess who's coming to town today?! Two of our new babies- okay they're more like Giants, but they're gentle Giants... LOL! are looking forward to giving you and your family awesome memories of our quaint town - West Jefferson, NC. We will be giving tours between 11 and 2 p.m. today. Can't wait to see you all! And thanks again for all your support!

Here are some pictures of our newest family members that we were able to save. They were on their way to Mexico to be slaughtered. They are now in their forever homes - safe and sound and still able to enjoy what they love doing as long as that's what they want to do. And, if they decide they don't want to do any of this anymore, no worries... they can just frolick in the pasture the rest of their lives. Whatever makes them happy. Makes my heart melt!

"Hay!" Just wanted to update everyone... We will be coming to town with our babies soon! They have all had their health checks, are up to date on their shots, and have had their pedicures! They are chomping at the bit to come see you all... LOL! James, my husband has been having some dental issues that will hopefully be corrected by oral surgery this Friday. Depending on how that goes we may see you this weekend in town but, if not we will plan on next weekend, weather permitting. We will be loading and unloading where the West Jefferson police park beside our Town Hall - right up from the Parkway Theater. Thank you for all your support and we look forward to creating awesome memories with your families!

SURPRISES!!!!!! Look who's coming back to town real soon!!! We have added 4 more Percherons to our family! Our sweet Rosie would be so happy. ❤ And, 2 of them were saved from slaughter. So happy we found them before they were shipped! ❤❤❤❤ We are so blessed and look forward to making precious memories with your families again!

Just wanted to say "Hay" to you all!!! And, yes... we are still coming back to town. We have had so many people asking about us and we want to "Thank you!" We still haven't found our mare team, but are still looking. There are so many slaughter auctions and we would love to save 2 more.

Wow! It's been way too long since I have posted anyting. Just to update you... We are still looking for "the" horse team and will be back in town as soon as we find them. We miss you all and look forward to the time when we will return. I hope you enjoy the video I'm posting of our girls and some of our daughter's and son (in-law's) babies as well. We hope you all had a very Happy Thanksgiving!

SOLD/SAFE! So.........while looking for our next mare team we found this guy! No slaughter for him either. Can't wait for him to get to his forever home on our farm! Thank you Becky for picking him up!

So, I'm not one that likes roses, especially red roses - but, for our sweet Rosie I bought 3 rose bushes to put in our prayer garden where we buried her. Here is the first bloom. Only for her..... I have to admit it's beautiful!

7 weeks ago at 7:20 pm we lost our sweet Rosie. I've got to say it's been tough to say the least...We will always miss and love her.

We were finally able to get Rosie to Virginia Tech Veterinarian Hospital which we were referred to by 3 vets today. After many tests being run it was found that she was a very, very sick girl. The doctor told us she needed surgery but from all the test results she wouldn't make it and that she was suffering. It is with our hearts broken in a million pieces that we share with you the loss of our sweet Rosie. She as well as all our "babies" was just as much a part of our family as any human. She was loved with all our hearts and will be missed beyond words. We will bring her back with us and she will be buried on our farm tomorrow. Thank you from all of us for your prayers and concern. And thank you for all the special memories from her Wagon Tours, Parades and Josh & Wendy Hall's wedding, photo shoots, etc......She really loved it.

Our babies will be home tomorrow all bundled up and we will be spending time with our son, daughter-in-law and 3 of our grandchildren from out-of-state. The road we live on is still frozen and our horse trailer would not make it up the hill. ! Everyone have a great weekend and stay warm! !!!
