Santa Parties at school today and tomorrow!! ❤️ Christmas parties tomorrow and Friday. 🎅 🌲 🎁
Santa loves our Little Learners. He’s so proud of what good kids and friends they all are! Each friend will visit with Santa, share what they want for Christmas and get a picture with him that goes in their preschool memory books. 📕 Happy holiday fun all week this week!

Polar Express Day for the kindergarteners at Little Learners Academy!! Santa arrived after the conductor took our friends to LLA North Pole for all the festivities! Such a fun tradition that we only do with our Kindergarten class. All our other students will get a personal visit with Santa next week when we have our holiday parties. The fun has just begun. Christmas programs start for all our classes tomorrow! Check your class Dojo for your child’s day and time. 🥰❤️

Halloween Parties at Little Learners were once again a total blast!! So many fun memories every year. 👻 Traditional parades and witches brew with Miss Launa, then each class had lots of spooky day fun in the class parties. Best teachers ever and a big thank you to our parents who joined in the fun celebrating with us. ❤️ Glad everyone had a fun and safe Halloween!! 🎃

Advertising... I’ve worked with this sweet lady, Nancy Ethington for almost 10 years. 🥰

We don’t do a lot of advertising for my private school Little Learners Academy. Word of mouth is powerful, when people use it. Best gift you can give a small business! We don’t talk to each other as much these days so it’s been interesting seeing the dynamics of that change.

In the past we’ve done two things for advertising, outside of traditional word of mouth.

One is to sponsor former students in sports at our local schools. Love how this supports our past families and the future of our students.

Second is cartvertising. We are on the carts at Smith’s, our local grocery store. Our preschool and kindergarten students Love seeing “their school” on the cart!! It makes my day when our LLA families send me pictures with the cart and their students. ❤️

Fun fact… this past years cart ad has our first second generation student. I (Miss Launa) taught her Dad in preschool! That is fun to have our past students now having children getting old enough to come to our school too.

It’s time to figure out our design for this year. Let us know if you have any ideas or would like your child on the carts this year. Thank you Nancy for taking care of us all these years. I love how Cartvertising targets our neighborhood and right where we serve our families in the West Jordan, Utah area.

Lots of fun the last two days at Little Learners Academy. Officer Robinson from Lone Peak Police- Utah visited and shared with us all about what Police Officers do in our community. So grateful to their department for supporting our little ones to learn more about the important work they do to keep our communities safe! Our students thought it was so cool to ask Officer Robinson questions and get to explore the inside of a real police car. Good times, making memories while learning about our world. ❤️

Be sure to ask your little ones what they are learning in school each day. This will re-enforce all the concepts they are being taught! We are so proud of each student and all they are learning already!! 🥰

We will learn all about being a good friend. Using our manners. How being a good listener helps us to learn more. All the things that are kind and considerate to do for each other. 💗 At Little Learners Academy we are kind, we are good friends, great listeners and super smart!!

We are so excited to see all our friends this week! School starts today for Pre-K classes (4 yr olds), tomorrow Tuesday for Preschool (3 yr olds) and Wednesday for our Kindergarten classes!!

I think these kids are a little excited to be starting back to school. I overheard one little girl, bubbling with pride, as she was walking down the hall after orientation saying, “Dad, I did so good… my teacher said so!” 🤣💗🙌

Third night of preschool orientations, we have one more night to go! It’s been cute seeing them all meeting their teachers, their new friends and having fun together for the first time. We have 12 classes of preschoolers so we have several nights to go through to have each of these classes individually.

Kindergarten orientation for our big kids at Little Learners Academy is on Friday. Back to school time is in full swing!! 🎉

*I’ll add a little plug if you know any little ones ages 3-6 still needing preschool or all day care, send them our way. We have just a few openings in some of our class time options still. 😁🫶 Miss Launa

Officer Robinson was our special visitor today for our school Spirit Day!
