Purdue BYX - Fairway Our chapter is located in the acres just off of the Purdue campus. In the search for existing fraternities with similar missions, BYX was discovered.

Our main goal is to establish brotherhood and unity among college men based on the common bond of Jesus Christ. In 1957, ten men founded Fairway Cooperative as part of Purdue University's cooperative housing system. Following the first pledge class of 1958, continued growth resulted in several moves between houses across campus. While housing has always been an integral part of the organization, t

he lasting bonds of Christian brotherhood formed within the walls are what define each man's experience. In February of 2015, Fairway’s Alumni Board began to look for ways to expand the house’s organizational model to other college campuses. Through more than two years of discussion, campus visits and prayer, it was determined that both Fairway and BYX would become stronger by merging together. In the Spring of 2017, Fairway was initiated as a BYX chapter with over 50 founding fathers.

Just a bunch of Kens who wanted to make Barbie proud.
We were honored to take part in Annual Big Man On Campus fundraiser for Breast Cancer research and development. We commend ZTA’s efforts to spread awareness and their accomplishment of raising over $170,000.
We were pumped to win first place for Talent, but above all, we are proud to stand alongside Zeta in their mission to end Breast Cancer.

Last week we had the opportunity to celebrate our graduating seniors at Bruno’s Pizza! These men talked about the influence that BYX had on their life, told stories of good memories, and offered advice to the rest of the chapter on everything from life to their faith. All these men have influenced so many lives and led men to Jesus! They are well prepared to be leaders for Christ in their future churches, communities, and families. Good luck grads!!
